Ever go to a Garage Sale? What happens if you don't get there early in the morning? All the best buys and bargains are gone already. Someone beat you to them and you'll never even know it.......because they're already gone! What do the Smart Shoppers do? They, of course, get there early. Why? You know why.....so they have the first opportunity to buy something. They get the pick of the litter, so to speak. Now, they don't have to BUY the pick of the litter but at least they have the right of first refusal. |
